021. No one’s going to accept you if you can’t accept yourself.

I wrote this one to tell you guys all something: I am a Christian. Proud and Prominent. And I just want to point out a few things that you guys are probably wondering about.

I don’t hate gay people. Quite the opposite, two of my close friends are actually gay (or…bi or whatever). Being Gay is actually not condemned in the Bible, the only thing the bible says is that marriage is something between just a man and a women. I don’t agree with that, but then again, Christianity is just my religion, I don’t have to believe everything the bible says. That’s like saying “Oh you’re german? You must agree with the Nazis.” What I believe or what I am is not always what I believe.

I don’t care if you’re not christian. I couldn’t care less if you even believed in God. I’m not going to make you believe in something I believe in. That would be like saying “I like Pizza so you HAVE to like pizza or I’ll never ever talk to you again.” It’s a bit ridiculous, if I did that I’d have barely any friends. The only thing I ask is that you don’t diss God to my face. He kinda saved me and he’s like my best friend, someone I can go to when time gets tough. I know he’s never gonna judge me and he’s introduced me to all of best friends.

I do swear. I believe in God. I love him. I follow him. I don’t believe that swearing is such a big deal. In the end, they’re just words. Meaningless, empty words.

And that’s that. I’m a Christian. Any other questions can go to my askbox.

020. If you’re capable of emotion, I want you to show it. No matter how much pain you’re in, you have to care about other people, too. You can never stop caring.

019. Just because you say it a million times doesn’t make it true. All you’re doing is lying to yourself and that is just plain unhealthy.

018. If it’s something you wouldn’t say in Church, don’t say it. Blog it.

017. Words mean nothing unless you can back them with your actions. Don’t just say you’re sorry, you have to show me that you’re sorry.

016. Don’t lie. Just don’t do it. It will come back to bite you in the butt, guaranteed.

015. Sometimes tears are the best medicine.

014. Not everything is planned, some things are just happy (or unhappy) coincidences.

013. Whenever you start to wish that you didn’t exist, just remember that episode of Rainbow Fish where he wished that he didn’t exist and so he got to see what his life would’ve been like if that had happened. His best friends hated each other because they hadn’t had him. The world was not a better place without Rainbow Fish and it will not be a better place without you.
