021. No one’s going to accept you if you can’t accept yourself.
I wrote this one to tell you guys all something: I am a Christian. Proud and Prominent. And I just want to point out a few things that you guys are probably wondering about.
I don’t hate gay people. Quite the opposite, two of my close friends are actually gay (or…bi or whatever). Being Gay is actually not condemned in the Bible, the only thing the bible says is that marriage is something between just a man and a women. I don’t agree with that, but then again, Christianity is just my religion, I don’t have to believe everything the bible says. That’s like saying “Oh you’re german? You must agree with the Nazis.” What I believe or what I am is not always what I believe.
I don’t care if you’re not christian. I couldn’t care less if you even believed in God. I’m not going to make you believe in something I believe in. That would be like saying “I like Pizza so you HAVE to like pizza or I’ll never ever talk to you again.” It’s a bit ridiculous, if I did that I’d have barely any friends. The only thing I ask is that you don’t diss God to my face. He kinda saved me and he’s like my best friend, someone I can go to when time gets tough. I know he’s never gonna judge me and he’s introduced me to all of best friends.
I do swear. I believe in God. I love him. I follow him. I don’t believe that swearing is such a big deal. In the end, they’re just words. Meaningless, empty words.
And that’s that. I’m a Christian. Any other questions can go to my askbox.
